We are Damien and Karen, a husband-and-wife team who work directly with every client and every property we manage. There are no layers, no handovers, and no call centres. From the very beginning, you deal with us and only us.

D&K Group was created to deliver a higher standard of service. One defined by trust, clear communication, and genuine care for both our clients and their investments. We understand that every property matters, and we treat it accordingly.

Our approach is hands-on, detail-driven, and tailored to each client. From tenant selection to maintenance and ongoing management, we take full ownership, ensuring everything is handled with precision and care.
